Following his graduation, Chef Al was able to cultivate his culinary career by working at various three-star restaurants and luxury hotels within the New York area. Shortly after, Chef Al decided to expand his repertoire by starting his own private chef company called, “Elegance Of New York.” Elegance of New York opened the door for Chef Al to not only create high-end meals for his clients but to display his unique amalgam of innovative food to wow each and every client. As a result, Chef Al has a wide range of clients spanning from New York Jets Quarterback Geno Smith to former President Bill Clinton, to name a few.
